Procedure for damaged, incorrectly delivered items or items that do not match the description:
  • In this case, please contact us in writing within 30 days of receiving your item by mail at [email protected] and include a photo of the damaged item.
  • We will then inform you about the next steps of the return process. This includes, for example, a replacement item or a possible refund.
  • Once your written request has been approved, please repackage the merchandise in the original packaging or place it in an alternative suitable packaging for adequate protection in transit.
  • Please enclose the goods return bill (pdf) and send the package to:
