  • How to find the right spare part?

    To find your spare part, simply enter the appliance type, manufacturer or parts or model number you're looking for into the search bar on the home page or use the "Search by device" function.

  • How to make an online order?

    Once you've found the right item, simply add it to your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button to place your order. You may view your selected items at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon.

  • How to cancel your order?

    For a cancellation, please use our contact form.

  • How to check if your order was processed?

    You will receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as the order has been placed.

  • Is there an order minimum?

    Order as little or as much as you need – you won't find any order minimums here!

  • What is the cost of shipping?

    You can find an overview of our shipping costs here.

  • What countries do you ship to?

    We offer shipping across the EU and Switzerland. Currently, we do not ship outside of these regions.

  • Which parcel service will deliver the order?

    You can select the delivery service yourself during the checkout process. An overview of which carriers are available in your country can be found under "Delivery & Shipping".

    Please note that particularly large or heavy orders can only be sent via a freight carrier.

  • Is on-site pick-up available?

    Picking up your order directly from our warehouse is not possible, as it is a pure fulfillment center not designed for public access.

  • Do you offer express shipping?

    An overview of which countries we offer express shipping to can be found under "Delivery & Shipping".

  • How long is the delivery time?

    The estimated delivery time can be found on the detail page of the respective item. This information is also displayed in the shopping cart.

    If you have already placed an order, you will find the estimated delivery time in the order confirmation, next to the respective items.

  • Can I track the delivery status of my order?

    As soon as your shipment has been sent, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your shipment. Please also check your spam folder.

  • Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?

    You can adjust the delivery address during the checkout process. If you wish to have your order delivered to a parcel shop or a packing station, please enter the corresponding address as the delivery address.

  • What should I do if my package does not arrive?

    Please check the tracking link, which you automatically receive via email after your order has been shipped.

    Should there be any problems with the delivery or if you have questions about your shipment, please use our contact form.

  • What can I do if my order is damaged in transit?

    Should you have received damaged or defective goods, please use our contact form.

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    We offer the following payment methods:

    • Debit / Credit card (VISA, Mastercard)
    • PayPal
    • Prepayment via bank transfer


    Public sector organisations can pay by invoice. To set up an invoice account, please use our contact form.

  • Is it possible to pay by invoice?

    We offer public institutions the option to pay by invoice.

    These include, for example:

    • Government agencies (federal, state, and local)
    • Schools, colleges, and universities
    • Ecclesiastical (church) and social institutions
    • Research institutes


    To use this payment method, please first create a customer account. Afterwards, please contact us via our contact form to have your account activated for payment by invoice.

  • I received a reminder even though I paid the bill. What should I do?

    If you have received a payment reminder despite having paid, please contact [email protected] via email.

  • Where can I view my invoice?

    If you require a copy of your invoice, please use our contact form.

  • What can I do if I pay my invoice twice?

    If you have accidentally paid twice, please send an email to [email protected]. We will check the transaction and refund the overpaid amount immediately.

  • How to initiate a return?

    As a consumer, you will find all information regarding your statutory right of withdrawal in our Right of Withdrawal policy. To exercise your right of withdrawal, a written declaration is required. You can do this in accordance with the instructions in the policy or simply use our return contact form.

    Entrepreneurs must report a desired return exclusively via the return contact form.

  • How long do I have to return my item(s)?

  • How do I get my money back?

    Once we've received the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • When are the returned items credited to my account?

    As soon as a credit note has been issued, the amount will be automatically refunded to the payment method used for the order.

  • The item I received is damaged or defective. What should I do?

    If you have received a damaged or defective item, please use our contact form.

    We will arrange a free replacement delivery as soon as possible; you do not need to place a new order!

  • My order arrived incomplete. What should I do?

    If you have received an incomplete delivery, please check the delivery note first; it may be a partial delivery.

  • What warranties do you offer?

    Our warranty terms are based on the legal framework established in our General Terms and Conditions. These apply to both consumers and entrepreneurs.

    We do not offer any additional guarantee on our products.

  • I forgot my username. What do I do?

    The username is the email address you used to register.

    Please note that corporate customers cannot change their invoice address independently. If you wish to make changes here, please use our contact form.

  • What are the benefits of being a registered customer?

    Your addresses and payment information can be saved in your account, saving you time on your next purchase.

    As a registered customer, you also have the option to save spare parts and devices as favorites, keeping them handy at all times. If available, registered customers can also download exploded views for their devices.

  • How can I delete my account?

    Please use the option "Delete my account", which you can find under "My Profile" in the menu item "Personal Data".

    Please note that the deletion of your account happens immediately and cannot be undone. As soon as you delete your account, you will permanently lose access to your account activity and settings.

  • How to redeem your vouchers?

    In the final step of the checkout process, you have the option to enter a voucher code.

  • Do we offer repair and installation services?

    We specialize in the procurement and sale of spare parts. As a retailer, we do not offer any repair or installation services ourselves.
